Due to the fact that the part we sell are used, we do not offer refunds. Please ask any and all questions prior to placing your order. We are happy to give you more details and send you additional photos if they are necessary for your decision-making process.
We have an excellent customer service reputation and exceptions will be made in the event of damage by the shipping carrier. If that is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the part so that we can contact the shipping carrier and arrange for a return and refund.
